If you wish to delete the cache and data:

1. 1. Go to the device Settings. 
2. 2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
3. 3. Then select Clear History and Website Data (This will not change your AutoFill information). 
4. 4. To clear your cookies and keep your history - Tap Advanced under Safari > Website Data >         Remove all Website Data.
